Web Accessibility Policy
Effective May 2026
Commitment
GP Law + Consulting, LLC is committed to making our website and digital properties accessible to people with disabilities. We target conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and comply with the ADA and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
Scope
This policy covers all Firm digital properties: the main website and subdomains, attorney and practice area pages, online intake forms and client portals, downloadable PDFs and documents, embedded media, and integrated third-party tools.
Accessibility Features
We implement or actively work toward the following across the Site:
-
Visual: WCAG AA color contrast; text resizable to 200%; alt text on all meaningful images
-
Keyboard: Full keyboard navigation; visible focus indicators; skip-navigation links; no keyboard traps
-
Assistive technology: Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy; ARIA landmarks; labeled form fields; tested with NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver
-
Multimedia: Captions on video; transcripts for audio; no auto-playing media without user controls
-
Documents: Tagged, accessible PDFs or equivalent HTML alternatives
-
Ongoing Efforts
We conduct annual audits using automated tools (axe, WAVE, Lighthouse) and manual review. All new features are assessed before deployment, and vendors are contractually required to meet our standards. Identified barriers are remediated within a reasonable timeframe.
Feedback & Contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need content in an alternative format (large print, plain text, audio, or Braille), contact us. We acknowledge requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Third-Party Content & Known Limitations
Some integrated third-party tools may not fully conform to our standards. We notify vendors of barriers, seek alternatives where feasible, and provide other means to accomplish the same tasks. Some legacy content is being remediated on a rolling schedule; an accessibility conformance report (ACR/VPAT®) is available upon request.
Enforcement
If our internal process does not resolve your concern, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice (ADA) and U.S. Access Board (Section 508).
Policy Updates
This policy is reviewed at least annually. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last Revised" date.
